Beginning with 780 units under management for third-party owners, CRES grew to more than 7,100 units under management, with all but 222 owned by an affiliate of CRES.  CRES and its investment affiliate, JTL Real Estate Partners, have raised sponsor capital and have successfully sourced investment opportunities throughout the country.  With the extraordinary seller’s market from 2012 to 2014, CRES sold 5,700 units taking advantage of historically low interest and capitalization rates.  Today, CRES has 5,187 units under management, of which 1,860 are owned by an affiliate of CRES.
