Founded in 1988, Crossroads Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Crossroads works with Pittsburgh's most promising youth, providing high school students with access to excellent educational opportunities and college- and career-readiness programming.

We believe that true success comes from within and that our students possess the necessary abilities to achieve their goals if they are given the opportunity to excel. At Crossroads, our role is to be a support system for young people as they navigate their educational and career pursuits. We purposefully collaborate with local colleges, universities, and academic enrichment programs to offer Crossroads scholars opportunities for meaningful learning experiences, skill-building, and long-term advancement.
