Crozer Health is the leading health care provider in Delaware County, Pa., located in the Philadelphia suburbs. We provide a full spectrum of wellness, prevention, acute care, rehabilitation and restorative care to the community. 

The Health System comprises five hospitals: Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland; Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill; Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, Springfield Hospital in Springfield, and Community Hospital in Chester. In addition, the health system operates several outpatient centers, the Healthplex® Sports Club , and a comprehensive physician network of primary-care and specialty practices.

In July 2016, Crozer Health was acquired by Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. The system's partnership with Prospect will ensure even greater access to quality care in our community.
