Long known as a premier supplier of industrial masking supplies, CFS works with the finishing industry, OEMs and suppliers to solve their complex masking issues. Custom die cuts, kitting, sheeting, perforating, multi-layer laminations, zoned adhesive, island placement and kiss cutting are offered on most of our extensive library of materials. We can design custom silicone, EPDM and vinyl caps and plugs to mask threads, PEMS, voids and holes to ensure efficient and clean finishes after powder coating, e-coating, anodizing, and plating.

ISO 7, Class 10,000 Clean Room manufacturing for industries such as healthcare, pharma, electronic, military and LED lighting, which require low particulate, humidity and temperature-controlled die cutting services. Our permanent onsite clean room facility offers die cutting for web widths up to 13” with tight tolerances as small as 50 microns.

CFS manufactures custom gaskets from materials such as silicone rubber, EPDM, Poron®, Santoprene®, RN-8011 and Viton®. Our in-house engineering team will work with you to ensure the perfect fit for your custom gasket needs. In addition to custom gasket making capabilities, CFS offers large format cutting and adhesive laminating services. We can easily provide kiss-cutting or split liners for your gaskets requiring an adhesive backing.
