Custom House is an independent risk management consulting firm that specializes in providing customized risk management services. We function as independent advisors and extensions of our clients’ internal teams to provide the best insurance outcomes. For some clients, we are their full-time outsourced risk management department. For others we manage acquisitions, insurance procurement and renewals, or contracts, freeing up the internal risk team to handle day-to-day operations. Our clients are owners, developers, contractors, and operators of a wide array of asset classes across the nuanced real estate sector. While our focus is the real estate and development industry, we have expertise in other arenas including non-profit and financial institutions. We focus on the appropriate transfer of liability, using techniques specific to the particular composition of each client’s portfolio.
