CValdo Corporation is a San Diego, California, based civil engineering company established in August 2004. CValdo manages public sector projects through all stages, from feasibility studies and conceptual design, to final engineering and construction.  We provide a full range of services in general civil engineering, with focused expertise in municipal plan check, drainage and flood control planning and design, and stormwater management.
