In October 1998, Dale Holdings was formed as the parent company of McRee Ford, Bay Area Auto and Truck Rental, and Bay Area Financial Services. December 1998, Dale Holdings purchased Chuck Miller Ford in Houston, Texas. The dealership was re-named Bay Area Ford and operated on the same principles as McRee, and was consolidated under one McRee Ford umbrella in 2006. In 2001, the Company obtained a Subaru franchise, McRee Subaru. In December 2008, the Subaru dealership was converted to a Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center that is now open. The Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center at McRee Ford has improved our ability to serve our customers with this commitment, and the facility is currently under expansion to better serve our current and future customers. McRee Ford has been family owned and operated since 1947, making them one of the oldest family owned dealerships in the nation. Since opening, McRee has earned a reputation for their attention to employee and customer satisfaction, both in the sales and service departments. McRee Ford was recognized in the Houston Chronicle 2011 Houston’s Top Workplaces and the Automotive News Best Dealerships to Work For in 2012. Ford Motor Company has awarded the President’s Award for customer satisfaction to the dealership twenty-two times, most recently in 2013 – the seventeenth consecutive year. McRee Ford, Bay Area Auto and Truck Rental, and Bay Area Financial Services strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to all our customers.
