WHO WE ARE Established in 1969 by Daniel C. Howley, we have grown to a full service insurance agency. Building on a family tradition, Dan Jr. joined the agency in 1993 after working as a claims adjuster for The Erie Insurance Group. WHERE WE DO BUSINESS As an independent insurance agent located in Rockville, Maryland, we serve residents, families and businesses of Maryland (MD) and Virginia (VA).
