Located in the mountains of Paso Robles, DAOU Family Estates handcrafts collectible, award-winning wines that rival the most respected appellations in the world. Our grapes are grown in the Adelaida AVA, which boasts remarkable steep-sloped geology, a cool Napa climate, and Bordeaux soil; they are hand-harvested at the peak of ripeness, cold-soaked to bring out color and flavor, and fermented with native yeast. Aged in new French oak, our inky reds and silky whites are free run and SIP-certified.
