David J. Powers & Associates (DJP&A) provides professional consulting services to public agencies and private developers in all areas of environmental planning.  The company consists of a core group of environmental professionals that manage the planning and preparation of CEQA and NEPA environmental review documents, including Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Reports and Environmental Impact Statements.
