Potential clients used to have to call realtors to find out which houses were for sale, so the leads naturally flowed through this channel.  But, we all know the client now starts their shopping online by doing research.   We teach how to get that client first and then we coach you how to refer those clients to the best realtors in your area, thereby creating dynamic, healthy mutually beneficial partnerships.  We've found that most current realtor relationships are codependent, characterized by marketing agreements or a "what have you done for me lately" mentality.
