Decus Insurance Brokers Ltd are a London based Wholesale Broker, a subsidiary under Bridge Specialty Group and were established by Brown & Brown in 2008. Decus are an approved Lloyd’s Coverholder and Broker with open market, delegated authority and in-house underwriting capabilities through various contracts within the London market and their in-house MGA, ‘The Underwriting Company’ (TUWCO), formed in 2022.

Spearheaded by Chief Executive Officer, Glyn Harris, Decus currently has 57 employees and growing. Glyn’s leadership and drive has resulted in the company hitting record breaking figures, closing out 2023 with over $21m in core revenue, the highest numbers Decus has generated to date.
