Degrees of Change is a higher education organization based in Tacoma, Washington, that concentrates on developing diverse, homegrown leaders who can succeed in college and enter their careers to strengthen communities. Seed Teachers offers a cohort-based, debt-free path for Pierce County students to earn a college degree and teacher certification, ultimately returning to teach in their home communities.
