DEL Development Corp is a Southeast-based real estate owner and operator with more than 30 years of experience. Since 1992, we have owned, developed, and improved more than 5,000 units across a wide range of projects, including ground-up construction, historic restorations, distressed turnarounds, and LIHTC communities.

Today we manage nearly 2,700 apartments in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, along with retail and warehouse properties. Our portfolio ranges from early 1900s communities to modern Class A multifamily. We have built our reputation on operational discipline and expense management that consistently deliver value for residents and investors.

As we look ahead, we are building on that foundation. Our focus is on expanding our portfolio, strengthening asset management capabilities, and investing in technology and process improvements that will position us for the next generation of growth.
