It doesn’t just happen....  Becoming a successful dentist requires more than a dental school education.  It takes hard work, determination, and focus.  But focus on what?  Sometimes it is hard to know where to even begin, let alone where to invest your time and efforts.  Dentist by Design’s goal is to help dentists through the process of practice acquisition, transition, and setting up the systems and protocols to ensure success.  It’s more than a simple formula, it is a complex strategy that involves your input and centers on your goals as a standard for achievement. 

Because being a private practitioner is much more than diagnosing and treating disease, we want to help.  It is not uncommon to feel lost or confused by the prospect of practice acquisition and management.  How are dentists supposed to figure out how this all works?  Traditional dental education does not commit very many instructional hours to the business of dentistry.   But there is help available... our goal is to help dentists select a practice in a location where they want to lay down roots, live, grow and become a part of the community.  A smooth transition, driven by proven methods, can reduce much of the stress of this challenging time.  Then we assist the practice  and help it grow through tested policies and procedures.  After a pre-determined period of time, we step aside and hand you the reigns.  It works so well because it is YOUR practice all along.  We merely act as a catalyst to your success.
