Design Studio C, Ltd. is a business-focused architectural firm that was established in 1998 to serve entrepreneurial clients.  The majority of our work has focused on remodeling, redeveloping and refurbishing existing buildings. 
We have developed over 1,500 projects for a variety of clients, including business owners, landlords, restauranteurs, healthcare professionals, auto recyclers, contractors, investors, developers, and non-profit organizations.

During this time, we have built relationships with lenders, contractors, consultants, and local governments to ensure that our clients' projects run smoothly.

Furthermore, since we construct one or more projects a year, either for ourselves or for our clients, we see the entire project from both the owner’s perspective and the contractor’s.

We measure our success with our strong repeat customer base. The vast majority of our projects come from repeat customers or direct referrals.
