Deter Motor Co was sold to the Gregg Young Automotive Group on 3 December 2022.

Our prior history: Deter Motor Co. was founded as Deter Chevrolet-Buick on July 1, 1964 by Don Deter and originally featured the Chevrolet and Buick product lines. In 1983 we added Pontiac and Cadillac to become one of the first full-line General Motors dealers in the Midwest. In 1993 we added Chrysler, Dodge, Dodge Trucks and Jeep to offer our customers even more selections.

The Deter family thanks all of our customers and crew members for the wonderful 58 years we worked together and served the greater Atlantic community.
