The company is known for successfully managing and delivering full-service facility management including facility maintenance, supplemental labor, plant operations, and self-perform janitorial/industrial cleaning. 
 
Founded in 2007, formerly a minority-owned enterprise, DFM Solutions was formed as a partnership between Devon Contracting and Walbridge. In July 2015, DFM Solutions transitioned to a women-owned enterprise and was certified with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (CEED/WBENC).

 DFM Solutions has experienced substantial growth in a relatively short period of time. It manages more than 30 million square feet of industrial manufacturing, research and development and commercial space.
