Business Law - Our firm assists companies seeking legal representation on matters involving business & commercial disputes. Cases that fall under this practice area include, but are in no way limited to, breach of contract claims and business torts such as suits for interference with business or contractual relations, suits for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud claims, and class action and antitrust suits. Also, we work with clients in forming new business entities such as corporations, LLC's, LLP's, LP's and general partnerships.

Real Estate Law - Our firm assists individuals, developers, contractors and lenders seeking legal representation involving real estate matters including, but not limited to, property development, agricultural concerns, real estate lending, general and limited partnerships. In addition, our firm engages in real property litigation, including foreclosures, workouts, receiverships, disputes in real estate sales contracts, leases, tax disputes, zoning matters and condemnation.

Civil Litigation - Our firm represents individuals who are involved in a non-criminal and non-family law court cases in federal and state court, at both the trial and appellate court levels. Civil litigation can also encompass a situation where an individual sues a business.

Employment Law - Our firm handles various employment issues for employers, including litigation involving employees. We also work with employers in analyzing policies and procedures in order to reduce the risk of successfully being sued by employees. Employment litigation may include discrimination, harrassment, wrongful termination, theft of trade secrets and proprietary information by employees, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and general contract issues.
