Professional Services provides ADA with a full-time dedicated telecommunication support professional. Brian Cradick is named as a critical resource for this service. He is the architect of the Voice and Data network and has seen ADA through all evolutions of the network since 2001. His involvement has insured that the voice and data network has stayed ahead of the ever-evolving applications ADA uses to complete its mission. Primary hours are M-F 8-5 central. Available evenings and weekends when needed at no additional cost to ADA.
Responsibilities 
•	Proactively monitor and maintain the voice and data network. Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve all voice and data networking issues. On call for issues 24x7.
•	Coordinate equipment replacement and vendor dispatches with ADA offices.
•	Working team member of telecom. In March 2019 was asked to take on the role of leader in the department.
•	Meets weekly with telecommunication vendors to discuss billing issues, service issues, future add moves and changes.
•	Provide assistance to all IT&S departments with projects that involve the network. Make necessary changes to the network in support of these projects.
•	Project management of major upgrades and additions to the voice and data networks.
•	Act as a visionary to future evolution of the network in support of ADA’s mission
