Diversified Property Services, Inc. (DPS) offers a comprehensive, coordinated approach to right of way projects.  DPS was formed in 1988 after the successful completion of the appraisal, negotiation and relocation of the properties on the Camden Yards Stadium Site for the Maryland Stadium Authority.  Our subsequent success in obtaining right of way contracts led us to establish a permanent, experienced, multi-disciplined team devoted solely to our clients.  Today, that team consists of approximately 28 professionals including right of way agents, relocation agents, technicians, appraisers, review appraisers, title agents, attorneys and project managers.
