DLR is an established and respected company in Virginia with the ability to complete commercial construction projects of any scope. Our previous projects include those ranging from 700 square foot interior buildouts to more than 170,000 square foot mega-retail strip buildings.
DLR is the preferred general contractor for Silver Companies whose success in the mid-Atlantic region as a high quality land developer of tens-of-millions of square feet of retail, office, residential, lodging, industrial and entertainment projects are well known. A great majority of our work has been for Silver Companies and their associates.
