Doltone House operates as an events services provider in Sydney, offering a portfolio of venues and catering for corporate, social, and wedding occasions. Its spaces include two waterfront Sydney Harbour venues in Pyrmont, a central CBD venue at Hyde Park, and the original flagship in Sylvania Waters; the Signorelli family now runs nine venues and more than 50 event spaces, including Sydney Town Hall and the Sydney Opera House. With more than five decades in operation, the group has hosted tens of thousands of events and plans to launch a new Deepwater Park destination in Milperra in 2025. 

In March 2026, Doltone House announced the opening of a mega-venue in Darling Harbour as part of Mirvac’s development in Sydney. Based in Sydney, the company serves a broad client base across its venues and catering services, reflecting its role within Sydney’s events services market.
