Two spectacular waterfront venues on Sydney Harbour in Pyrmont, a CBD venue at Hyde Park and the original flagship venue at Sylvania Waters in Sydney's South. Over 55 years, Doltone House has delivered over 67,000 events across our venue collection and catering services. The Signorelli family now operates nine venues and over 50 event spaces, incl Sydney Town Hall and the Sydney Opera House. Doltone House Deepwater Park an event destination precinct in Milperra, is planned to launch in 2025. The group have more projects in the pipeline.
