Domaine Carneros Winery, based in the Carneros region of Napa Valley, specializes in méthode champenoise sparkling wines and Pinot Noir drawn largely from its own estate vineyards. Founded in the late 1980s by the family behind Champagne Taittinger, the winery's development was led by Eileen Crane on a 138-acre parcel. Its sparkling portfolio emphasizes a classic vintage-dated Brut as well as Le Rêve Blanc de Blancs, with Pinot Noir added to the lineup in 1992.

The château is a regional landmark, and the operation has pursued sustainability initiatives, earning recognition in 2026 as Sustainable Business of the Year. Nearly all of its fruit comes from estate vineyards, with every wine identified as Carneros.
