Dorsey & Company is a Louisiana based wealth management firm which was founded in 1959 by George P. Dorsey. 

While our roots are grounded in the underwriting, distribution, and secondary market trading of Louisiana and Mississippi tax-free municipal bonds, today the firm offers a wide array of services and products.

The firm has had a notable history of accomplishments having participated in nearly all of the most memorable public finance projects of the State of Louisiana and the City of New Orleans. These include numerous general obligation bond issues of the state, the New Orleans Mississippi River Bridge, the Domed Stadium, the Causeway, the International Trade Mart, and many others.
