DW&Co knows Commercial Real Estate in the Dallas Design District.  We specialize in Landlord/Tenant representation and Commercial Lease negotiations, as well as Seller/Purchaser Representation and Commercial Contract of Sale negotiations. 
 
After 14 years as a Broker in the Dallas Design District, Diane founded DW&Co on  May 1, 2013.   For 17 years Diane has worked closely with clients to determine their needs and requirements and to foster strong relationships that stand the test of time.  Evidence of her success can be seen in the Bishop Arts District and the Dallas Design District. 

Today our focus at DW&Co remains in the DDD, a special purpose district under the PD 621.  We have worked with property owners on redevelopment projects which have helped to revitalize and keep pace with the changing needs of this growing area.

During DW&Co's first 3 years of business we have assisted clients with the purchase, sell or lease of approximately 600,000 SF of Design District real estate, resulting in nearly $40 million in transactions.
