Dwiggins Consulting LLC (DCL) was founded in 2002 by Jeff Dwiggins, who maintains the role of President. The company was established with the primary objective of supporting and improving artificial lift performance for US operators, with a focus on electric submersible pumps (ESPs). A key factor in ensuring successful ESP operation is a unified team of experienced personnel working towards a common goal. However, the objectives of the Operator and ESP Supplier do not always align. DCL provides a unique, unbiased perspective through its team of expert consultants, having long histories of working with both Operators and ESP Supply Companies. Supported by its full-time engineering staff, this type of ESP support is unrivaled across the industry.

DCL can support the full ESP lifecycle, including (but not limited to): Design & Specification (Application Engineering, Design, Bids/Tendering), Equipment Preparation (Manufacturing / Testing / Packaging), Implementation (Transportation, Installation, Operation), Retrieval & Analysis (Pulls, DIFA/RCFA, Continuous improvement). Additionally, DCL offers optimization on other forms of artificial lift, and also provides customized training courses. DCL is versatile and capable of managing full projects from conception to implementation, or alternatively, can utilize a specific task-focused approach to assist operators in need of immediate technical support to correct problems and ensure success.
