We Are A VMC Group Company, established in 2009, IAS-accredited Dynamic Certification Laboratories (DCL) was founded and is managed by experienced seismic simulation experts. It’s the only ISO 17025:2005 Accredited Seismic Simulation Test Laboratory with a triaxial shake table owned and operated by California licensed structural engineers. We’re your single source for a complete range of high quality seismic services and solutions. DCL provides testing facilities and services for equipment and installations that are subject to seismic performance standards, whether based on regulatory parameters, industry practices, or customer preferences. DCL has the vision of improving the quality and efficiency of seismic testing.
