We service 1,400+ HOA, Condo, Commercial, Municipal and Retail properties throughout Florida from one of our twenty one staging locations and we manage 2,000+ locations in 9 other southern states through our Affiliate Partner program.

We began servicing Florida in 1996 when Joseph Sirotkin opened DynaServ and he rapidly expanded the firm to become a full service organization. Mr. Sirotkin’s belief that if you provide exceptional service and put the Client’s needs first, the rest will follow. This is still true today and Mr. Sirotkins legacy lives on.
