E & L Construction is a family owned and operated design-build general contractor focused on building relationships with our clients while helping them realize their dreams. We specialize in design-build construction which allows us to better control cost through value engineering. We work with our clients to take their collection of thoughts, images and dreams, put them on paper and turn them into reality. We control the design of the plans therefor we control every step of the project from start to finish. We help you choose which methods and materials to use to create your vision. Whether traditional wood, pre-engineered steel, metal framing, concrete, or a combination thereof, we can help you decide which is appropriate for your project. From idea to turning the key, we do all this with the help of modern technology but not letting go of our old fashion values. While that is our specialty, we will also put our work up against the work of others and would be happy to give you a price on a set of plans you already have or review the plans with you to help ensure your budget can be met. If you wish to hire your own Architect, we can work together to ensure the project is designed within your budget and give valuable insight into cost savings before plans are even complete.
