The East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative (EB PREC) is a worker-cooperative organizing with tenants & community groups across the East Bay to take land and housing off of the speculative market for good, creating permanently affordable housing and commercial spaces. 

EB PREC is working to reverse the harm caused to historically disenfranchised communities through its practices of collective ownership, self-determination, and community-led development. Our movement is People Of Color (POC)-centered and focused on maintaining and creating deeply diverse communities in the face of rampant speculation and rising real estate prices.
