The East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District is a unit of local government in Multnomah County, based in Portland, Oregon, serving areas east of the Willamette River. Governed by an elected five-member board, the district works with residents, landowners, and land managers on a voluntary basis to protect land and water, with aims to sustain farms, forests, wildlife, and communities, and it operates with a small to mid-sized staff.

The district functions within the environmental services sector and serves a diverse landscape from downtown Portland and Gresham to the National Forest. A recent development includes the launch of Partners in Conservation grants to support community projects focused on soil health, water quality, climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, and habitat restoration.
