Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools offers career and technical education to high school students in grades 11 and 12 and to adults across Franklin, Fairfield, and Pickaway Counties. With two main campuses in Groveport and Carroll and satellite locations at six associate high schools, the organization partners with 16 public districts and local employers to deliver programs across more than 700 square miles. The district offers nearly 40 high school programs and six full-time adult programs, ranging from traditional trades such as welding and auto technology to high-tech fields like cybersecurity and aviation. Traditional programs provide certification upon completion, while others offer course-credit and hands-on experience designed to prepare students for college or direct employment in a changing economy. Based in the Central Ohio region, the organization positions itself as a local partner in workforce development and has earned regional recognition in 2026 with Schools of Distinction awards for its campuses.
