Despite humble beginnings, owner Frank Ricupati has remained true to his corporate philosophy of providing nutritional and flavorful entrees with the personalized service of a hands-on approach to business.

Although our niche remains within the educational sector, ECI believes that everyone should be given the same opportunity to experience the marvel of authentic cuisine combined with mass production.
