Environmental Cost Management, Inc. dba ECM Consultants (ECM) was founded by Dr. Wallid M. Kazi with the vision that a need exists for a consulting firm that truly helps to reduce clients' environmental costs and manage their liabilities.  ECM's philosophy is that our consulting advice will always be based solely on serving our clients' best interests with respect to costs and liabilities of their environmental programs, never on generating fees or profits. ECM has personnel across the Country to assist our clients with their projects nationwide.
