CRITERIA FOR TARGET INVESTMENT

MANUFACTURING

We seek to acquire manufacturing companies with a strong customer base, proprietary products, stable and experienced team, and strong manufacturing capabilities.  Target companies will have up to $15M in annual revenue and healthy operating profits.

REAL ESTATE

We seek to acquire land in the Seattle area with or without permits for development.
