EHRA Engineering is a civil engineering, surveying, low impact developing, land planning, construction phase services, traffic, emergency management and landscape architecture firm.

Founded in 1936 by Truman C. Edminster, Sr., EHRA employs a full complement of professional staff, including licensed professional engineers, engineers in training, registered professional land surveyors, a licensed professional landscape architect, civil designers and technicians. Today, the principal owners are Truman C. Edminster, III, P.E. and James B. Russ.

Our Firm is comprised of several divisions including public infrastructure, transportation, hydraulics and hydrology, land planning, land development, surveying, construction phase services, emergency management and landscape architecture; all of which work together to serve city, county, state and other governmental agencies along with single-family, retail and commercial development.

We take pride in our Firm’s ability to provide an innovative, effective approach to project planning and design with an emphasis on economics.  Specific budgets and design schedules are prepared for each project and monitored closely to facilitate the completion of projects within specified time periods.
