Einstein Bros. Bagels, the largest fast-casual bagel franchise in U.S, was founded in 1995 in Lakewood, Colorado. The concept was created to offer guests a neighborhood gathering place with the warm, inviting atmosphere and the same high-quality of a bakery-style café.
