Ellipse provides regularly scheduled, proprietary fitness classes and nutritional weight loss counseling designed to improve the physical and mental health and wellness of our members.  Our classes are scheduled conveniently throughout the day.  Classes range from kickboxing to strength and mobility and change on a daily basis!  An Ellipse member is ready and willing to invest their time and resources to achieve a healthier lifestyle and improve their physical fitness.
Ellipse recently expanded it's model to include personal training and is changing the industry!  Believing in the power of the group dynamic, Ellipse Fitness does personal training in a small group of people, sharing one trainer (usually 3-5 people).  This allows members to afford the safety and security of a personal trainer and see VERY FAST results in the area of Fat Loss and healthy fitness!
