We offer services for the built environment in the area of Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Engineering. Our focus is on high performance design tailored to each project’s needs, with an emphasis on sustainable practices and result oriented solutions. Our experience with inter-disciplinary engineering in the areas of architecture, structure and civil facilitates your implementation of integrated system design. We are a general consulting firm with particularly deep experience in institutional, educational and government facilities design and construction. In addition we have experience in clean room design and teaching/research lab projects. Project delivery can be delivered in a number of ways to suite your needs, including traditional design/bid/build, design/build, or CM at risk. Additional services offered include third party Commissioning Agent for projects seeking Green rating, owner’s representative, peer review, and code compliance resolution. We are currently licensed Professional Engineers in Florida, Massachusetts, and Colorado and as a Model Law Engineer we can become licensed in most states via comity. We are licensed and insured.
