Target families and institutions seeking commemorative, high-impact legacies and potential partnerships with funeral homes and memorial planners.

Strategic partnerships Leverage past collaboration history with SpaceX, Spaceflight, and Astrobotic to pursue formalized partnerships or co-branded campaigns. Offer enterprises turnkey memorial flight options, bundled with launch services to shorten time-to-market for customers seeking space burial experiences.

Lean growth potential With a small team and revenue under one million, target scalable sales channels such as enterprise funeral providers, cemeteries, and memorialization platforms. Propose channel partnerships, affiliate programs, and white-label offerings to amplify reach without significant headcount expansion.

Tech-enabled outreach Utilize existing tech stack (WordPress, WooCommerce, CRM, email marketing) to build a high-touch customer journey for memorial services. Develop targeted campaigns around anniversaries, charitable tie-ins, and educational content to nurture leads who are exploring non-traditional memorial options.

Competitive positioning Differentiate from peers by emphasizing aerospace pedigree, curated lifecycle of memorial missions, and dignity-focused storytelling. Identify partnerships or case studies with peer clients to showcase reliability, potential for multi-pack memorial services, and options for recurring memorial flight programs.
