In 2020, Emera Maine became part of ENMAX Corporation’s portfolio. 

As a regulated electric transmission and distribution utility, Emera Maine serves more than 159,000 customers across northern and eastern Maine. In October 2023, Emera Maine sold assets to Versant Power, reflecting ongoing changes within the regional electric landscape.
