Emerald Housing Management, LLC (EHM) was established in 2006 to manage multifamily projects owned by its affiliate, Emerald Housing Partners, LLC, and its various non-profit partners.  The EHM management portfolio currently incorporates over 1,000 units located throughout Tennessee and includes properties subsidized under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, the Rural Development 515 program and the HUD Section 8 program.  EHM has been approved as a Certified Property Management Company by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency and is a member of the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA).   Members of the management team at EHM receive ongoing training in assisted housing compliance and fair housing practices and many have achieved professional management designations related to LIHTC, Rural Housing and HUD programs.
