Emergent Campus is a rural business campus, with space for incubation, training, offices, and events. The campus opened in 2019 with a pioneer group of local business tenants.

Our inspiring environments are filled with talented, friendly, professional community members and a supportive leadership team that proactively facilitates a culture of positive growth.

Our Florence campus is filled with successful innovation sector workers, remote tech workers, and other entrepreneurs, and our locally based leadership team has a strong history of bringing wins to the community. We’ve seen the power of collaborative spaces as independent professionals with complementary skills have connected to help grow each other’s businesses. Our industry involvement and leadership includes such groups as Fremont Economic Development (FEDC), FEDC TechSTART, SBDC, and the South Central Tech Sector Partnership, as well as actively participating in our local high school’s internship programs.
