Since inception, EGE and its professionals have raised in excess $1.0 billion for its corporate clients with transactions ranging in size from $500,000 to over $150,000,000. The vast majority of these transactions have been equity financings in seed and early stage companies addressing high growth business sectors. EGE has focused its capital markets efforts on industry sectors which it believes have the opportunity to significantly outperform the overall economy, including social & digital media, health care software and services, biotechnology/pharmaceutical, medical device, Fintech software products and services, medical diagnostic and general technology companies.
