ESM Association is a national professional association for human resources professionals delivering great employee benefits! Referred to as "Employee Services Providers," these managers oftentimes work in the Human Resource Department of organizations. They are responsible for creating employee programs and services that boost morale and assist their companies in becoming "Employers of Choice."
