The Employee Services Management Association (ESM Association) is a nonprofit, national professional association for human resources professionals who focus on enhancing employee programs beyond traditional benefits. Based in Elmhurst, Illinois, it has operated since 1941. Members, commonly referred to as Employee Services Providers, work within HR teams to design services that raise morale and help their organizations attract and retain talent as employers of choice.
