ESM Association is a national professional association for human resources professionals delivering great employee benefits! Referred to as "Employee Services Providers," these managers oftentimes work in the Human Resource Department of organizations. They are responsible for creating employee programs and services that boost morale and assist their companies in becoming "Employers of Choice." Employee services include the following benefits that go above and beyond a traditional benefits package: Employee Stores Community Services Dependent Care Recreation Programs Recognition Programs Special Events (i.e. the holiday party) Travel Services Voluntary Benefits Wellness ESM Association is a nonprofit association that has been in existence since 1941.
