Entegra’s primary service is that of a green building consultancy, with emphasis on the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.  Entegra assists the project team in understanding the many options available to them in the pursuit of energy efficiency, sustainable design, and project recognition.  Entegra gathers critical project information and makes recommendations on issues related to design, material selection and procurement, energy systems, alternative energy, and implementation.  At the core of these recommendations is the LEED rating system, which provides a tangible and rigorous framework by which a project team can evaluate their decisions.  

In addition to green building consulting, Entegra assists local real estate investors in evaluating and investing in real property, with a core focus on sustainability and community enrichment.  Entegra targets properties with the following characteristics:
•	Within 3 miles of public transportation
•	Near an existing “town center” or neighborhood infrastructure
•	Involve adaptive reuse or redevelopment of existing structures
•	Supported by favorable zoning for mixed-use development
