Success:

2009
- Protecting the Metolius RIver Basin.
- Designating 2 marine reserves and studying 4 more.
- Doubling the administrative fine for environmental violations.
- Upgrading the state building code to be more energy efficient.
- Setting a no new coal standard
- Setting a low carbon fuel standard

2007
- Setting a state goal to reduce global warming pollution 20% by 2020 and 80% by 2050.
- Creating a Renewable Portfolio Standard that requires 25% of new electricity come from 100% clean, renewable by 2025.
- Expanding the state Business Energy Tax Credit to support renewable energy.

2006
- Adopting the California Clean Cars standard.
